As you should know by know, I’m a big listener to NPR (actually, if it wasn’t for my wife, the other preset buttons on the car radio would still be empty). I recently heard about an upcoming interview on Fresh Air with Canadian Journalist Paul Watson. (check your local NPR station for exact play time. Come Tuesday, I’m sure the interview will also be available on the Fresh Air NPR site, though you might have to search back to the Monday August 27th listing…)
Paul Watson is a Canadian journalist and winner of the 1994 Pulitzer Prize for his photograph of a dead American soldier being dragged through the streets of Mogadishu, Somalia. While I don’t think I would want to be a war photographer, I have listened to stories from a number of different photographers who have had these types of experiences and it is always fascinating.

Thanks for the heads up. I be sure to tune in next week. My dial rarely changes from NPR. I am also a fan of their podcasts.
