2016 Photo a Day, 77 of 366: Dawn at Asilomar Dunes Natural Preserve Boardwalk

Dawn is the best time to have the boardwalk at Asilomar Dunes Natural Preserve to yourself…unless you’re traveling with my Daughter who wakes up at about dawn every day.  So when she woke up this morning, I got us both dressed and out of the hotel room before anyone else woke up and we had some wonderful Dad-Daughter time to enjoy sunrise together.  And her nature pace is much slower than her brother while her attention to detail much greater…which makes her the perfect photographer’s company!  Might be time to drop a camera in her hands…
