Nuggets of Chinese Garden & Photo Wisdom

I was flipping through a recent edition of Sunset magazine over lunch and came across a sidebar about a Chinese Garden. It gave 4 nuggets of wisdom about Chinese Gardens that I felt apply just as much to photography:

  1. Structures are built for meaning as much as function.
  2. The best views are framed.
  3. Pattern is as Important as color.
  4. Words enhance the pictures
