During my recent hike to the summit of Mount Tam with my brother and his family, we were greated with an old lookout station with an incredible view. Gardner Lookout station was dedicated back in 1937 and one can only image what the view was like back then with most of Marin being extremely rural and the San Francisco skyline being hardly visiable. I was lucky that the weather was clear so I could bag this image.
